Working in the Creative Arts is honestly like a roller coaster of emotions. When you care about your job as much as I do, you put your entire heart and soul into it. You really do become so emotionally attached to the shows you help create and really hope that the public and critics will see the love and hard work which each member of the cast and crew put into creating it.
So you can imagine my absolute delight when Michael Quinn published the British Theatre Guide 2022 List and had the realisation that I have had the pleasure of working on 7 out of the 10 incredible shows lists.
The shows I worked on which made the list are:
Northern Ireland Opera's 'Into The Woods' at The Lyric Theatre and 'La Traviata' at The Grand Opera House.
Amanda Verlaque's 'This Sh*t Happens All the Time' at The Lyric Theatre.
A Co-Production of Brian Friel's 'Translations' at The Lyric Theatre.
Claire McMahon's 'The Gap Year' at The Lyric Theatre.
Conor Mitchell's 'Propaganda' at The Lyric Theatre.
Paul McVeigh's 'Big Man' at The Lyric Theatre.
